Question: When I try to use your Chat Room, all I see is a small broken link icon. How can I fix this?

Answer: You need to install Java™ Support! Java™. To download the Java Virtual Machine,
please click on: Sun Java Plug-In (Recommended)

Note: If you have a slow copper-wire connection, this download can sometimes take an hour! Please plan ahead so you don't miss your first meeting. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Question: What should I do if I get "booted" from the live Chat Room?

Answer: This happens sometimes due to temporary memory saturation. If your messages stop appearing in the Chat Room or it tells you that you've been logged off, simply turn off your computer, turn it on again, go to the Chat Room from the Home page of The Michael DiMercurio Fan Club, and log back on. Say "I got booted, what did I miss?" and everyone will welcome you back and fill you in.
